Data we collect
- Order data: identity and country of residence of the members, contact details, company name and business activity, selected options.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
- Technical data: technical logs strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site.
Purposes and legal bases
- Fulfilling your order (LLC formation, EIN, selected services) — performance of a contract.
- Meeting our legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention) — legal obligation.
- Responding to your requests — legitimate interest.
Recipients
Your data is shared only with the authorities and service providers needed to deliver the service: the government offices of the state of formation, the IRS, the registered agent, the payment provider, our hosting provider and our internal order management tools. Some of these recipients are located in the United States: these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy mechanism).
Retention period
Order data is kept for the duration of our contractual relationship, then archived for the legally required retention period for accounting records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to bonjour@llcusa.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (for example, the CNIL in France).
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Your browser’s local storage is used only to remember your configuration in progress and your display preferences.
